A Day In The Field At Despenadero
Typically, we stand 5 to 10 guns, with or without companions. Breakfast is served in the main dining room between 9:30 am and 10:00 am. Guests are advised to be prepared for departure to the first drive between 10:30 am and 11:00 am. Their loaders and secretaries will have their guns and cartridges ready in their vehicles; all they need to bring are their personal belongings, such as hearing protection and gloves.
Throughout the day, we will shoot a total of 4 drives, with breaks for a picnic, locally known as a “taco,” after the first, second, and third drives. During these breaks, guests can indulge in the shoots exceptional gastronomy, which includes a variety of cold and hot meats, fish, Spanish omelettes, and a generous selection of tapas. These delectable dishes are complemented by a wide range of beverages, including refreshing glasses of Rioja and other options.

Can I bring a non-shooting guest?
Yes, non shooting guests are very welcome.
Do I need a shotgun licence and insurance?
Each person shooting will need insurance, we will organsie local hunting permits
We can organise insurance through our partnership with CCC3 if you don’t already have it, simply mention that you require insurance when you enquire.
